BROOKE BURKE NAMED “MOMMY CORRESPONDENT” ON THE DOCTORS
(October 16, 2009 - Los Angeles, CA) Brooke Burke, television personality and mother of four children whose dedication to motherhood has made her a popular blogger on all related topics, will join the hit syndicated talk show THE DOCTORS as a frequent “Mommy Correspondent,” making house calls and acting as a liaison between mothers and THE DOCTORS, it was announced today by series creator and executive producer Jay McGraw. Burke’s first appearance on THE DOCTORS is scheduled to air on Thursday, November 5th.
Starting October 13, Burke began taping appearances, both in the studio and out in the field, acting as a correspondent and mommy-contributor for THE DOCTORS, the # 1 new syndicated series of last season.
Burke, a mother of 4, is the CEO of ModernMom.com, a leading on-line community celebrating the woman behind the mom. With her own mother in 2008, Burke founded a line of products designed to make the journey of motherhood a bit easier and launched babooshbaby.com, where she could share her secrets and insights on how she was able to get back into shape quickly and naturally after giving birth. Burke publishes daily content on her popular blog about all things related to motherhood and has1.4 million Twitter followers.
