Las Vegas, NV (April 2, 2009) – Wheel of Fortune, the #1 television show in syndication, is heading to the desert this summer to take in the luxury of The Venetian and The Palazzo in Las Vegas, co-host Vanna White announced today from The Venetian Las Vegas.
Pat Sajak, White and the entire Los Angeles-based crew will tape four weeks of shows on July 17, 18, 20 and 21 at The Venetian and The Palazzo. The first week of these special shows will kick off Wheel of Fortune’s 27th season on September 14.
While in Las Vegas this week, White and the Wheel of Fortune production team are pre-taping segments highlighting the world-class elegance and amenities of both The Venetian and The Palazzo properties.

To get the excitement started in Las Vegas, Wheel of Fortune’s Wheelmobile, the show’s promotional vehicle, will be rolling into The Venetian on May 2 and 3 in search of potential contestants for these shows.
