Jeff and special guest Yvette Nicole Brown (NBC’s "Community") follow through on their recent life changing promise to help a homeless mom and her three kids get back on their feet. Jeff and Yvette surprise them with a new apartment and helped the mom get a job interview. Plus, performer Tyrese Gibson pays a visit with some big news for the family.

Tue: “Abandoned Ship: Survivors of the Costa Concordia Shipwreck Share Their Harrowing Story”
Two survivors of the ill-fated Costa Concordia cruise ship recount their terrifying experience when the boat nearly sank off the coast of Italy. The survivors were left to fend for themselves as the ship’s captain and crew deserted the passengers.

Wed: “On to the Next Adventure! – The Jeff Probst Show Finale”
For his final show, Jeff looks back at the important lessons learned from his guests over the past year and the friendship he developed with special guest Yvette Nicole Brown (NBC’s “Community”). Plus, Jeff checks in with his very first guest, Kelly Pozzoli, for an update on her battle with cancer and brings back musician Michael Pollack to perform an original song he wrote for the show.
